Aarvix Softtech Solutions sells digital theme products. This policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products sold on aarvix.in are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping, and no shipping charges apply to any order.

2. Delivery Method

Once your payment is successfully verified through Razorpay, the theme file becomes immediately available for download from your account, accessible via the My Purchases page. You must be logged in with the same email you used at checkout to access your download.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant. As soon as payment is confirmed, your download link is available — typically within a few seconds. Free themes are available for download immediately after logging in, with no payment required.

4. Re-Downloading

You can return to the My Purchases page at any time to re-download a theme you've previously purchased or obtained for free, as long as you're logged in with the same account.

5. Delivery Issues

If you complete payment but are unable to access your download, please contact us at info@aarvix.in with your order details, and we'll resolve it promptly.
