Aarvix Billing is a complete billing and business management platform built for Indian small and mid-sized businesses — from kirana stores and wholesalers to small manufacturing units. Create GST-compliant invoices and quotations in seconds, manage customers and suppliers, raise purchase orders and keep stock levels accurate in real time. Every payment is recorded against the right invoice, so you always know who owes you and how much. Built-in WhatsApp integration lets each business connect its own WhatsApp Business number and send bills, payment receipts, quotations and automatic due reminders from its own shop name. Low-stock alerts and a daily sales summary arrive on the owner's phone without opening the app. Choose Trading mode for a simple buy-and-sell flow, or switch on Manufacturing mode for Bill of Materials, production orders, raw-material costing and manufacturing reports. Invoices can be printed in English, Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati, and role-based access keeps owners, accountants and staff on the right screens.
