Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all theme purchases made on aarvix.in. As our themes are digital products delivered instantly after payment, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
1. Digital Product Policy
Because our themes are downloadable digital files delivered immediately upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a theme has been downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods, as the product cannot be "returned" once delivered.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
We will consider a refund request if:
- The theme file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download due to a technical issue on our end.
- The theme is materially different from its description or screenshots on the product page.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@aarvix.in with your order details and a description of the issue.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after downloading a theme.
- Lack of technical knowledge to install or customize the theme.
- Incompatibility with a specific use case not described on the product page.
- Free themes are not eligible for any refund, as no payment was made.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. We do not process refunds via any method other than the original payment channel.
5. Order Cancellation
Since digital theme downloads are delivered instantly after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed. If your payment is still pending or has failed, no charge will be made and no action is needed.
