You may browse our themes and services freely. To purchase or download a theme, you'll need to log in using your email address and a one-time login code — no password is required.

2. Theme Licensing

When you purchase or download a theme from us, you receive a license to use that theme for your own personal or client project, unless otherwise stated. Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme files as your own standalone product.
• Share your downloaded theme files publicly or upload them to other marketplaces.
• Claim authorship of the original theme design or code.

3. Payments

All payments for paid themes are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Free Themes

Themes marked as "Free" may be downloaded without payment after logging in. The same licensing terms in Section 2 apply to free themes.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used to log in, as it is required to access your purchase history and re-download themes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including theme designs, code, graphics, and text, is the property of Aarvix Softtech Solutions unless otherwise credited, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Themes are provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to ensure themes are functional and well-documented, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our themes or services.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
